We would strongly advise booking in advance. Once your booking has been made a vehicle is reserved and we guarantee availability. Last minute bookings however can be accomodated.

Once you have completed the booking form, we shall reserve your vehicle and you shall receive a booking reference no. When you receive your booking reference no. you can be sure your booking is in our system and your driver will be there.

You should receive full confirmation of your booking within 24 hours (12 hours for urgent bookings). If after 72 hours you have received no acknowledgment, please call us to check whether or not we have received your booking request.

The easiest way to meet your driver is with the Meet & Greet service. Passengers that choose the 'Meet & Greet' service can expect their driver to be standing at the airport information desk holding a name-board as they enter their arrivals hall. This service costs £8 and pays for the driver waiting time and carpark costs respectively.
Alternatively, you can give us a call when you are ready to leave. Once we have received your call, your driver (who shall be on standby outside the terminal) will reach you in approximately 15 minutes. Please note, this option is only available to passengers that have provided us with a mobile no that functions in the UK on the day of arrival.

Our standard procedure involves monitoring all Heathrow flight times so regardless of a late or early arrival, your driver will be there.
Your driver will enter the terminal 30 minutes after your flight lands (15 minutes for domestic and european flights). From the moment your driver enters the terminal, an additional 45 minutes waiting time is included in all of our quotes.
This means that from the time your flight lands, you have 1 hour 15 minutes to meet your driver (1 hour for domestic and european flights). If on the extremely rare occasion you have not located your driver within this period, waiting time is charged at £15 per hour (25p per minute). This pays for the driver waiting time and carpark costs respectively.
If you have any doubts, you can always request a later pickup time.

Once the alloted waiting time has expired your driver will make extensive enquiries at the airport (with customs; your airline; airport information's paging system) before referring back to our office where further enquiries will be made. Only then will the driver be authorised to leave the terminal.

There are 4 ways that you can pay for your journey:
1. Cash - Sterling (£) directly to the driver.
2. Credit Card / Debit Card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro in advance subject to a handling fee.
3. Cheque - accepted with valid cheque guarantee cards.
4. Paypal - just follow our on screen instructions.

No. Neither the minimum charge or your fare includes a tip. Giving a tip is discretionary and completely up to you.

If you pre-pay using a debit or credit card we can send you a receipt via email. Passengers will also receive a receipt from their driver once the transfer has been completed.

Our cancellation charges are as follows:
Less than 12 hours notice 100% of the fare is retained plus transaction charge
12-48 hours notice 50% of the fare is retained plus transaction charge
More than 48 hours notice £10.00 cancellation fee is retained plus transaction charge:
