WHAT WE ARE DOING

  • As part of London Heathrow Cars duty of care protocols during the COVID-19 outbreak, we require that all drivers comply with ongoing international and local medical advice for the prevention of the spread of the virus. This includes measures such as ensuring that all vehicles are cleaned and disinfected after each passenger journey, with regular car washes both inside and out
  • We are continuously reinforcing and taking precautions to our driver and employees to help preventing the spread of the Coronavirus / COVID-19 by including regular washing of hands, using sanitisers and disinfectant spray

  • We are closely monitoring the situation and that drivers and or operational staff, exhibiting any symptoms of illness are automatically quarantined and removed from duties

As we are fully complying with the regulator in London, Transport for London (TFL) which has issued an office taxi and private hire notice in response to this issue. It relays all London taxi and private hire operators to comply with guidance to official bodies.
