Within the last week I used this service twice and both times the driver was prompt, they helped me with the bag, and I was kept updated on their progress.On my journey our to Heathrow I was leaving at 3am and the driver arrived on time - they also texted me with an approximate arrival time, which was 3 exactly.On my return, I was met at arrival as I'd chosen a 'meet and greet', I was also texted where the driver was and where I could likely find them.I would use them again and I would recommend this to others.

The customer service from the team was excellent with them contacting us to make sure we had flight details correct and then with updates on our driver’s arrival at the airport to pick us up. Will definitely go via them again. Our driver’s arrival- Sohan, was on time, helpful and great company on our trip from the airport.

The drivers are friendly and knowledgeable, and we always know that they will: (a) pick us up on time, and (b) deliver us to our desired location without issue. We've often traveled with a large number of cases and these have been well looked after by the driver. They have my wholehearted endorsement!

I first contacted London Heathrow Cars in 2023 when there was a train strike in England and I missed my coach to Brighton because of a delay with my British Airways flight into Heathrow. I had absolutely no way to get to Brighton without hiring a private car. Best thing I ever did was to contact London Heathrow Cars. After that great experience I used them this year (2024) to travel from Heathrow to Kings Cross Railway Station all the way across town and back again to a Heathrow hotel on the return. Again, best thing I ever did because they were prompt and efficient and I enjoyed talking with the drivers. It was so relaxing to leave my luggage and the driving to someone else. Folks always tell you to save money by taking public transport, but the aggravation from having to change from express train to underground while dragging luggage and dodging ALL those people is simply NOT worth it! Call London Heathrow Cars instead and plan for the cost in your travel budget. You won't regret it.
